We process certain identification data, account data and contact data, such as your first and last name, billing address, Product delivery address, email and telephone number, in order to register your Account, to the extent that you choose to create an account, to retrieve orders placed and to contact you in relation thereto and the like.

We also process certain payment data, such as information relating to payments made by bank account or credit card, in order to track the performance of the Remote Contract with You, or to verify that payment has been made or to refund You in the return procedure.

Some technical data, such as IP address, browser type and version, location and time settings, how you use the Website and the like, are also processed through the Website in order to provide you with the most pleasant browsing experience and to understand how you interact with the Website. Purposes and grounds for data processing

We process the data on the basis of your consent, on the basis of the fulfilment of legal obligations of the Company, on the basis of the conclusion and execution of contracts with you and in order to achieve the legitimate interests of the Company, such as those relating to the fulfilment of the business purpose, the identification of new customers, the fulfilment of the marketing strategy, the carrying out of analyses of traffic on the Website and the like.

We process your identification data, account data, contact data and payment data for the purpose of concluding and executing the Remote Contract, registering your Account and managing your relationship with Us. In principle, we keep the collected data for as long as you have your Account registered through the Website. After deactivation of your Account, the data will be stored for a period of 5 years or for such longer period as may be required by law in order to fulfil the legal obligations of the Company, such as, for example, the archiving of accounting documents and the like. To the extent that you do not opt for an account when placing your order, the data collected will be kept for a period of 5 years or longer, only if required by law for the fulfilment of the legal obligations the Company has.

As in any economic activity, We have a number of business partners with whom We collaborate in order to carry out, in the best possible conditions, Our activity.
