Chapter II – Categories of data processed, purposes and grounds for processing, duration of storage, recipients of data and data security
Categories of data processed
We process certain identification data, account data and contact data, such as your first and last name, billing address, Product delivery address, email and telephone number, in order to register your Account, to the extent that you choose to create an account, to retrieve orders placed and to contact you in relation thereto and the like.
We also process certain payment data, such as information relating to payments made by bank account or credit card, in order to track the performance of the Remote Contract with You, or to verify that payment has been made or to refund You in the return procedure.
We do not process genetic data, biometric data, health or conviction data or data relating to religious denomination, philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, sex life or sexual orientation.
Purposes and grounds for data processing
We process the data on the basis of your consent, on the basis of the fulfilment of legal obligations of the Company, on the basis of the conclusion and execution of contracts with you and in order to achieve the legitimate interests of the Company, such as those relating to the fulfilment of the business purpose, the identification of new customers, the fulfilment of the marketing strategy, the carrying out of analyses of traffic on the Website and the like.
We process your identification data, account data, contact data and payment data for the purpose of concluding and executing the Remote Contract, registering your Account and managing your relationship with Us. We collect this data directly on the basis of the consent you provide when submitting the data and is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the Contract between Us and You. To the extent that you do not wish to provide us with this data, you should be aware that we may no longer be able to conclude or perform the contract with You.
We also process this data in order to fulfil certain legal obligations incumbent on us, such as legal obligations relating to tax matters or those relating to bookkeeping and the like.
We process technical data in order to provide you with the best possible experience when you browse the Website, but also for reasons of security and data protection or to understand how you interact with it, such as certain preferences you have, while some technical data is processed for marketing purposes. In principle, we process this data on the basis of your consent, but there may also be cases where we process it in order to achieve the legitimate interest of the Company, such as data processed for security and protection reasons, in which case the processing is carried out in order to protect the Company from various cyber attacks and the like.

Data storage duration
In principle, we keep the collected data for as long as you have your Account registered through the Website. After deactivation of your Account, the data will be stored for a period of 5 years or for such longer period as may be required by law in order to fulfil the legal obligations of the Company, such as, for example, the archiving of accounting documents and the like. To the extent that you do not opt for an account when placing your order, the data collected will be kept for a period of 5 years or longer, only if required by law for the fulfilment of the legal obligations the Company has.
As in any economic activity, We have a number of business partners with whom We collaborate in order to carry out, in the best possible conditions, Our activity.
In this context, in some cases, it is necessary to transmit to these commercial partners some of the data collected.

You have the right to request us to rectify or supplement inaccurate personal data we hold about you.
Right to erasure of personal data processed
You have the right to request us to delete personal data we hold about you.
However, in certain circumstances we may not be able to comply with your request. For example, we cannot delete data if we are legally obliged to keep it for a certain period, such as legal obligations to keep data for the period required by law, for tax and accounting reasons. Also, to the extent that it is necessary to retain data for the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim, we will not be able to comply with your request.
Right to restrict the processing of personal data
You may obtain restriction of data processing in the cases described in Article 18 of the GDPR Regulation.
Right to object to the processing of personal data
You have the right to object to the processing of your data in the situations described in Article 21 of the GDPR Regulation.
